Abstract (EN)

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a strategic approach that enables businesses to enhance their reputation by contributing to society and establishing trust-based relationships with consumers. Consumers today are not only concerned with the quality of products or services but also with the brand's commitment to social responsibility and the experiences they derive from it. CSR practices play a crucial role in fostering a positive brand experience and enhancing customer loyalty by strengthening the emotional connection between consumers and the brand. In this context, the study aims to explore the impact of CSR perception and brand experience on customer loyalty. The research was conducted with customers who preferred LC Waikiki and DeFacto stores in Mardin province, with a total of 400 surveys distributed 200 for each brand. As a result of the analysis of the collected data, it was concluded that both the perception of Corporate Social Responsibility and brand experience have significant positive effects on customer loyalty. This study aims to examine the relationships between the perception of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), brand experience, and customer loyalty by focusing on the cases of LC Waikiki and DeFacto in the Mardin province. A comparative analysis of these two brands is expected to yield significant and current data for understanding the impact of brand strategies on consumer perception. The findings will enable retail brands to evaluate consumer perceptions of CSR and brand experience more comprehensively and will contribute a new perspective to the existing literature.
