The relationship between corporate social responsibility perception and organizational citizenship behavior: Artvin Çoruh University Hopa Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences

The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility is becoming widespread in today's world and gaining importance. In our country, it is seen that universities have started to take part in education plans in recent years. This research aims to reveal the effect of university students on CSR and ÖVD. For this purpose, a sample of Business, Economics, Political Science and Public Administration students of Hopa Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Artvin Coruh University was carried out. Of the students of Hopa Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, a total of 549 people were trained, 190 of them returned to the questionnaires. 182 of these surveys were considered suitable for evaluation within the scope of the study. The results of the research showed that the "economic, ethical, legal and volunteerism ortaya factors presented in Özdemir (2007) and Çalışkan (2010) came to the forefront in the perception of corporate social responsibility. An important result of the study is that students perceive corporate social responsibility practices as positive. The higher the students' perception of corporate social responsibility, the higher the organizational citizenship behavior.
