Özet (EN)

In this study that is based on the Torah and the Bible, we dealt on the anecdotes of prophets from Adam to Lut. The holy books Torah and Bible mention the prophets Adam, Shit, Idris, Noah, Ibrahim and Lut; while the Koran mentions Hud and Salih together but doesn?t mention Shit. The matter whether Adam was the first human being or the first responsible human being has been discussed in detail. Apart from this, the prophets mentioned above have been considered widely with their ethnic groups, zones, the era they lived at, and historical events. On the other hand the three Holy Books? method of taking the history in hand has been investigated thoroughly. It has been determined that some events not being convenient to the sense of religion in the Tora were concocted to the prophets. We gained some new findings concorned from the anectodes of prophets Adam and Ibrahim. The anacdotes of prophets Adam and Noah were taken up with a litterary method so as to bring up the importance of the philology. The tribes of prophets Noah, Hud, Salih and Lut were punished separately with the crimes they held, they were perished and their prophets were saved.Key words: The Holy Books, history, anecdotes, philology, the first human being, the Deluge
