Relationship between sciense and ibadeth in Kutub-i Sitte Rical (Tehzîbü't-Tehzîb)

Since sunna is the second source after Kur?an, this causes Islam alims focusing to protect and to understand sunna. Arrivals of sunna which originated from Hz. Muhammed and its written form hadith to our time accurately occurred with the endeavors of Islam alims who served for this purpose with their hearts It is required to investigate ravies who made to arrive hadith to our time because of values of hadith and as a result, tabakat literature was arisen. The purpose of this literature is both to figure out the lives of these meritorious people and to indicate the situations of malevolent people. For this purpose, rical literature which based to lives of ravies whose rivayeths were found in Kutub-i Sitte which contains sahih hadith arose. One of the most popular of these is Tehzibu?t Tehzîb which was written By Ibn Hacer el- Askalani. Tehzîb, which is the most important one of this literature, studied the lives of about 12,000 ravies. In our study, we studied the ibadeth lives and relationship between their ibadeth lives and their scientific perspectives based on this work of art. ?Is the relationship between their ibadeth lives and their scientific perspectives positive or negative? If it is positive, what does that mean in practical manner? If it is negative, in which views?? These are the questions which we tried to answer. Our purpose is to figure out relationship between ibadeth and science and to try to understand the ibadeth lives of rical of Kutub-i Sitte by investigating this work of art which was written about rical of Kutub-i Sitte. We studied 150 ravies in our study. The results showed that ravies gave importance to their ibadeth lives significantly. It was concluded that the importance they gave to ibadeth had an effect on their scientific lives. As relationship between scientific perspectives and ibadeth lives of ravies is positive, extreme importance given to their ibadeth lives by some ravies caused negative effect on their scientific perspectives.
