The evaluation of the narration of anjashah in terms of sanad and matn in the speciality of Kutub al-Tis'a

Throughout history, women have been the subject of many favorable and unfavorable studies stemming from different perspectives in terms of their value and position. Moreover, today, studies about women continue consistently in the same way. Allah (swt), who created human beings as male and female sexes, has undoubtedly revealed to humanity through the Prophet (pbuh) what should be the treatment of women, and the Messenger of Allah (swt) has made a great effort to implement these divine and humanly norms with his exemplary and perfect behavior. In our thesis, we will examine the narration of Anjashah, which is the epitome of sensitivity towards women. On the return of The Farewell Pilgrimage, in the company of the Prophet and his wives, Berāʾa b. Mālik drove the men's camels, while Anjashah drove the women's camels. Umm Sulaym, the mother of Anas b. Mâlîk, was also with the Prophet's wives. Anjashah, who is described in the sources as a black Abyssinian slave, was singing songs and making the camels cheer. Finally, as he passed the Messenger of Allah and continued to advance, the Prophet Saîd: "O Anjashah, slow down! Be gentle with the crystals." This narration is important in terms of revealing the value that should be given to women from the expression of the Messenger of Allah. The meaning relationship between crystals and women will be analyzed in different variants of the hadith, commentaries and studies on the subject, and the ambiguity in this laconic word of the Messenger of Allah will be revealed in detail. In this research, this hadith, which is of great importance, will be discussed by including extensive information about women. In the hadith, which is also known as the narration of Anjashah, the creation characteristics of women, the fragile structure of women, the value of women, and how women should be treated under the example of the prophet Muhammad are mentioned. The main purpose and goal of this study is to examine the narrations of Anjashah in the Qutub al Tis'a and to reveal the value and position of women. The difference between the Prophet's attitude towards women and today's perception of women will reveal the importance and necessity of the research. In this respect,it is useful to examine İslâm's view of human beings without going into the subject of women. As mentioned in various verses of the Qur'an, Allah Almighty has made man a caliph on earth (2/Al-Baqarah 30, 6/Al-An'am 165, 7/Al-A'râf 69/ 7/Al-A'râf 74, 10/Yûnus 14, 10/Yûnus 73, 27/Naml 62, 35/Fâtır 39, 38/Sâd 26). He has given human the blessing of reason and thus the will, and in return He has held human accountable for his actions. He has made known the things to be avoided through His divine word and through the prophets He sent to guide people, and He has presented many examples to people in their lives. The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was commissioned as the best example for all humanity. For this reason,it is important to place the attitude towards women, which is positioned at two opposite ends due to misperceptions in our era, on the right ground with the Prophetic example. While there has been a domineering and oppressive attitude towards women due to the traditionalization of wrong attitudes and their presentation under the name of religion, on the other hand, in reaction to this attitude, an attitude that defends the unlimited freedom of women, but with this freedom, women are burdened with much more than they should be assigned with, as a result of this competition with men has emerged. However, both of these opposite attitudes are incompatible with the nature and the good qualities that Allah (swt) wants to see in His servants. The Messenger of Allah (swt), who is the best example of the attitude that Allah (swt) wants to see in human beings, asked humanity to adopt a moderate approach in this matter as in every other matter. The narration of Anjashah will be analyzed as 25 narrations in total, including 6 narrations in al-Bukhârî's al-Jâmi al-Sahîh, 4 narrations in Muslim's al-Jami al-Sahîh, 1 narration in al-Dârimî's al-Sunan, and 14 narrations in Ahmad b. Hanbal's al-Musnad.The authenticity status of these narrations will be revealed, the narrators will be analyzed one by one and examined with the criteria of the science of cerh and ta'dîl,and the opinions of the commentators of the classical period and the contemporary period will be determined about the narration. With this manner, the value of women in particularly, the Prophet's attitude towards women, how women should be treated, the life of Anjashah and finally some suggestions will be presented.
