Abstract (EN)
In this study a resource including functional information about the issue, has been tried to be created by examining the methods of lattice analysis which has an important place in the analysis of the structure of reinforced publics. The study is important because of its contribution to the manufacturers about their studies on lattice analysis of reinforced publics and providing related educational institutions a resource that includes enough information about the issue. It is a screening model research which describes the methods of lattice analysis applied in the design office of the companies that produces reinforced woven fabrics.14 designers who worked or currently working in Bursa and Ankara, cities where commonly reinforced woven fabrics are produced, and also 3 reinforced fabric samples composed of multi-layer lattice, have been sampled to represent the universe in this study. An information form is prepared to determine these designers? knowledge and also an observation form to examine the methods of lattice analysis applied by the designers by 3 fabric samples. In this study observation form has been effectively used to compare the data. With the help of the information in the observation form, it is determined that before starting lattice analysis preparatory process were applied and 3 different methods on lattice analysis were preferred. At the stage of preparing weave for lattice analysis, it?s determined that they first identified the fabric?s overall knowledge and sequence of processes will be applied to, the front and back of it, weft and warp direction, weft (pulse sequence) and warp yarn course and frequency, different weaves that will be analyzed and they applied pattern drawing processes. It has been indicated that the method 1, applied by designers, is preferred in the situations that weave was examined totally and only one report should be transferred to the computer and this application is parallel to the lattice analysis of single layer fabrics as it?s defined in literature.Besides it has been established that at method 2 warp connections were examined according to weft group, specified connections were marked on the sections prepared separately for each weft group on pattern paper, the weave was incorporated on computer and this method is a practical method which is often preferred at bag mesh and fabrics reinforced with extra weft.It has been identified that method 3 was used with method 2 if the fabric had been examined by loop, the weave report had been prepared based on general appearance of the weave and the studies had been inadequate to give information about it. This method has been preferred when just produce wasn?t required; the time is limited and the fabrics consisting of simple lattice in low frequency were examined; and it?s defined that lattice information was more emphasized than it was in the other methods. The methods have been reported in the form of process steps and each step of process has been described with figures and detailed photos.Based on the findings, a suggestion that two methods can be used in the lattice analysis of multi-layer and reinforced mesh fabric is presented.
