Abstract (EN)
In this work,an extension of classical power sums and power sums of arithmetic progressions is defined.Some properties of this extension and representation in terms of generalized Stirling numbers are presented.Morever,some arithmetical properties like divisibility and integerness are also investigated.Generating functions ang generalizations of Bernoulli numbers and polynomials are used proving the derived results.
