Abstract (EN)
Coastal zones are undergoing significant changes under the influence of natural and artificial events. The causes and origins of the changes define the magnitude and character of consequences. When the origin is artificial, the changes at or behind the coast may ve severe. Whether it is natural phenomenon or manmade impairment, accurate and fast determination of changes is important. In this study, both sides of Boğaçayı outlet of Antalya Konyaaltı Beach was measured. Measurements have made from sea side road to water line. Two methods are used for measurements, as geodesic and photogrammetric. Each method is repeated two times. After ortofoto generation, results of both methods and dates are compared. In geodesic method, profiles are taken with 1 m intervals from road to water line. All measurements are corrected with geodesically corrected points taken with West Mediterranean geoid. Measurements includes X,Y coordinates with Z elevations. In photogrammetric method, UAV (Unmanned aerial vehicle) photos and point clouds taken with 0.25 m intervals. Profiles and representive points of UAV points cloud data compacted in order to detect temporal changes.
