Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'ndan Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'ne: Ulusal Türk burjuvazisinin inşâsı (1908-1945)

This work analyzes the formation of the Turkish national bourgeoisie from the Ottoman Empire to Republic of Turkey. In order to achieve this goal, the national economic policies of the Committee of Union and Progress which is the most important actor of this period, have been examined. It was noted that with the proclamation of the Republic, the economic policies of the new regime regarding the construction of the Turkish national bourgeoisie continue. In this context, the Great World War and the Second World War are seen as important periods by the governments of both regimes concerning the construction of the Turkish national bourgeoisie.
