In this thesis, a new Banach sequence space will be defined using the matrix domain of the Riesz-Euler totient matrix, which is a special sub-triangular matrix on the sequence space L_p (1≤p<∞) . Later, alpha, beta, gamma duals of this space will be determined and various matrix operators defined on this space will be characterized. Finally, with the help of the measure of non-compactness, the required conditions for some matrix transformations to be compact on this space will be determined.
