Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to produce BSCCO superconductors substituting of Yb by Laser Floating Zone Melting (LFZ) technique to investigate its structural, electrical and magnetic properties. In the first section, the physical properties of superconductors and some theoretical knowledge have been introduced. In the other sections, the structural and magnetic properties of the prepared BSCCO samples have been presented. The properties of Yb substituted superconductors have been analyzed by using XRD, SEM, R-T, M-T, M-H curves and mechanical stress. The results show that the physical and superconducting properties of structure gradually decreases with increasing of Yb content.
