Abstract (EN)
Parkinson's disease (PH) is one of the most common movement disorder disease. PH of the symptoms (tremor, stiffness, slow movements) with excessive loss of dopamine in the basal ganglio emerges. Today, the basic approach in the treatment of PH decreasing dopamine from outside drug therapy is based on the principle of substitution with. The action of dopamine, which occurs with the blood-brain barrier couldn't surpass problem is metabolized to dopamine, which can cross the blood-brain barrier, an aromatic amine, the use of Levodopa (l-dopa) that is solved with. But a variety of restrictive factors of applied oral ingestion is expected due to the lower bioavailability of Levodopa is not provided. This project represents the optimum combination of low bioavailability of Levodopa on enhancing formulation will be developed. This work can be applied during a Microemulsion dosage of Levodopa intranasal form prepared and in vitro methods of quality control work, the active ingredient of transition from the synthetic membrane, flouro autosensing markup yields and after intranasal application imaging studies in experimental animals is intended.
