Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to examine the kinds of leadership attitudes the officials' administrators have and how their attitudes affect the officials' business satisfaction by presenting the concept of leadership and business satisfaction in a detailed conceptual framework. In this study annalist method is used and literature scanning technique is benefited in accordance with this method. in ratiocinated cases in terms of health staff, the topic is supported in light of vocational knowledge and professional experience in addition to literature data. As a result of this study it is revealed that the business satisfaction of the health officials is affected by their personal characteristics, the administrators' knowledge abilities and attitudes towards their officials affect the future of the institutions or companies, there is a significant relation between the administrators' motivating attitudes towards their officials and health officials business satisfaction, the business satisfaction of health officials who are affected positively by their administrators is higher than the others, the organizational characteristics are more important than the individual characteristics in the field of business satisfaction, the motivating factors do not affect each official in the same way, the quality of business and the respect the society has towards the business affect health officials' business satisfaction positively, the official who has much business experience and knowledge accumulation works more efficiently, there is a direct relation between wage level and business satisfaction, there is both positive and negative relation between education level and business satisfaction. A final judgement is not reached about the role of gender over business satisfaction.
