Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of perceived leadership styles and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB). Also, to investigate the mediating effect of organizational culture on the relationship between perceived leadership styles and organizational citizenship behaviors. In this context, a survey covering mid-level managers and white-collar employees of 62 different enterprises within the Bursa Free Zone has been conducted. Afterwards, the data collected from 374 valid surveys have been analyzed with structural equation modelling (SEM). In this study, "reliability analysis", "exploratory factor analysis", "confirmatory factor analysis", "correlation", "path analysis" and ANOVA tests were applied together with complementary statistical applications. The results of the analysis reveal that the predictions regarding hypotheses and research questions were substantially supported. At the end of study, some findings supporting that some organizational subcultures have a partial mediator roles on the relationship between percieved ledership styles and organizational citizenship behaviors have been obtained. Futhermore in this study, some suggestions are provided for the future research.
