Abstract (EN)
The study aims to investigate the impact of perceived leadership styles on firm performance, in addition to the mediating impacts of both job satisfaction and organizational commitment on leadership styles-firm performance relationship. Accordingly, a questionnaire survey is conducted among middle-level executives and white-collar employees working in organized industrial zone in Gaziantep, and listing in the first thousand ranking firms in the industrial chamber of Istanbul. 584 valid questionnaires from 53 firms working in industrial zone in Gaziantep are obtained and subjected to structural equation modeling analysis (SEM). In this study,"Reliability analysis", "exploratory factor analysis", "confirmatory factor analysis", "correlation", "path analysis", analysis of variance analysis, and descriptive statistical analysis are applied together. The results of the analyses support all hypotheses and the research questions. Findings approve the partial mediating effects of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the relationship between leadership styles and job performance.
