Life kinetic: Effect of integrated multimodal cognitive and whole body engine coordination training on some motor and psychological parameters

Objective: To investigate the effects of integrated multimodal cognitive and whole body motor coordination training on some motor and psychological parameters. Method: A total of there are 120 volunteer students, subject group is 30 of which were male, 30 were female, 30 men, 30 women in the control group of Akdeniz University Faculty of Sport Sciences. Anthropometric measurements were made according to the Antropometric Standardization Reference Manual to determine the physical characteristics of the participants. Equilibrium properties of participants were measured by filamingo balance test and kinesthetic perception test. Continuous Optimal Performance Emotion Situation Scale was used to determine the Optimal Performance Emotions of the participants. Mental Endurance Inventory in Sport es (Sheard et al. 2009) was also used to determine the Mental Endurance Level in physical activity and sports environment. Life Kinetic Brain Development Tests; It consists of 6 stages of tests: motion change, motion chain, motion flow, field of view, target fixation and focus. These tests and measurements were repeated twice before starting the program and after the program was completed. Results; Life Kinetic training of the male participants, ıt was observed that the difference between the results obtained before the training and the values obtained after the training were statistically significant (p<0.05). Life Kinetic training of the female participants, ıt was observed that the difference between the results obtained before the training and the values obtained after the training were statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion; Life Kinetik coordinated with the complex and challenging movements of the person, by creating nerve muscle coordination, the brain capacity to contribute to effective and permanent learning by contributing.
