The problems that performers of qanun instrument experience in the phase of learning and education at bachelor level lessons of fine arts education

In this study, problems experienced by bachelor degree students who perform qanun instrument have been tried to reveal. Research population consists of students taking qanun training and lecturers teaching qanun at conservatories, departments of music education, faculties of fine arts. Besides, all the institutions, which give occupational music training at bachelor degree, have been tried to be reached. Students receiving qanun education have been conducted a questionnaire in this study, in which descriptive survey model has been used. Furthermore, by applying feedback forms to the lecturers, a qualitative aspect has been aimed to achieve. That qanun education methods and ways have different understanding has led to problems in performing part. According to the results; it has been concluded that students have difficulty in left hand technique, the communication between students receiving qanun education and lecturers is positive, students have problems in obtaining the instrument. Following the results, some solutions have been offered for the problems.
