Material and Methods: In the research, semi-experimental method with pre-test, post-test, one-month and three-month follow-up control group was used. The research was conducted with male students enrolled in the first grade of high school in the 2023-2024 academic year at Aydın Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, affiliated with the Directorate of National Education, located in Aydın Provincial Center. The research sample included 73 students (Experiment: 36 and Control: 37), determined by randomization method. Data were collected using the Personal Information Form, Multidimensional Anger Scale. Conclusion: In this study, it was concluded that cinematherapy applied to first-year high school male adolescents created positive changes in adolescents' anger-related thoughts and behaviors and reduced their anger levels. It is recommended that high school students with high anger levels be supported with cinematherapy at regular intervals to reduce their anger levels. Keywords: Adolescence, Anger, Cinematherapy
