To researchi̇ng the self-suffi̇ci̇ency of hi̇gh school counselors and the burnout of hi̇gh school counselors

This searching is prepared for analysing high school counselor and their self-sufficiency and burnout. The datas of searching is picked up with four means. We used the "Personal Information form" for the some information about high school counselor, "Maslach Burnout Inventory" is used for to take the teachers' level of burnout and " The Scale of Teachers' Professional Perception" is used for to measure the teachers' occupation self-sufficiency. These forms were applied to the 60 school counselors that were volunteer in private and government school in Bahcelievler. The datas were analyzed with using the program which is SPSS( statistical package for social sciences) for Windows 22.0. Number, percent, average and standart deviation were used to evaluate datas. According to the research results, the teachers' general self-sufficiency was measured high whereas the level ol burnout has been measured low. So this is meaning of there is some relation between of self- sufficiency and burnout.
