Abstract (EN)

Phosphates alongside their biological importance, they attract the attention of scientists due to their applications in different areas. In recent years, particularly these compounds, due to their flame-retardant properties investigated as electrolyte solvent or additives in lithium-ion batteries. Because in commercial lithium-ion batteries the used ether- or carbonate-based organic solvents are all flammable. Therefore, attention has recently been focused on improving the existing features of these electrolytes. In this study, the syntheses of some phosphates was performed to be used as electrolyte solvent, solvent component and/or additive in lithium-ion batteries. Phosphates having methyl, ethyl, methoxyethyl and trifluoroethyl groups were synthesized for this purpose. On the other hand, allyl or propargyl groups containing phosphates having polymerization ability were obtained to be used as additive in the battery systems. A total of 13 phosphates were obtained, 7 of which were synthesized and characterized for the first time.
