Abstract (EN)
m SUMMARY In this study, data about the properties and construction of the LN300C sealed nitrogen/dye laser which spreads UV rays is given and its effects on microorganisms are investigated by study. Aimed of the study is to investigate the difference of reproduction curves of the E. Coli ATCC 25922 bacteries who were exposed to different doses of UV rays. At the end of the study the cultures on solid mediums were photographed and the results were saved.
