Investigation of some biased estimators in logistic resression

This study consists of four chapters. In the first chapter, logistic regression model and its properties are given. Moreover, previous progresses and the study fields in logistic regression are given with its advantages in comparison linear regression. In the second chapter, unbiased estimators in logistic regression are given. Moreover, collinearity and its effects to the unbiased estimation in logistic regression are given. Furthermore, some biased estimators are introduced when the data are collinear. In the third chapter, some fundamental information are given about some biased estimators in logistic regression when the data are collinear by analyzing the previous works in this field. In the final chapter, a special estimation in linear regression is adapted to the logistic regression. Finally, this estimator is compared with both biased and unbiased estimators.
