In this study, The second skin of Ahmad Rifat's work "Lugat-ı Tarihiyye and Geography", which is one of the important lectaries of the Ottoman Period of the century, will be transcribed with the transcription of Turkish-Latin alphabet from Ottoman Turkish. XIX. This dictionary, which has an important place in Ottoman Turkish dictionary works in the 20th century, contains the letters "B-P-T-s̱". In this dictionary, concepts of mathematics, chemistry, physics, and religion are also explained, especially history and geography. The literary and cultural structure of the Ottoman Empire will also be revealed through this work, which is an Encyclopedia, and will also be a source for those who work.
