The central idea on which this study is based is "tracing the sensory origin of the word, then identifying its sensory features, then tracing the various meanings that derive from this origin, and striving to reach the precise semantics of the words, to employ that in the field of linguistic interpretation, The importance of this type of studies comes from the fact that they are modern studies concerned with the sensory origin of the word, its field is wide and has not been completed yet, and it has not been presented as an independent approach, and a special linguistic system by which the first origin of the word is known, and the explanatory, rhetorical, and aesthetic value of that. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was followed, when extrapolating the Qur'anic words, and selecting models from them to search for their sensory origins, referring to the books of dictionaries and interpretations, and then analyzing the relationship between the sensory origin and the meanings derived from it. The results of the study: The origin of the word is mostly a tangible form, or a visual image, and an embodied scene, so this sensory origin - in a metaphorical expression - is the raw material that preserves all the characteristics of the word before it is derived from it, and that the derivation has types, the closest of which is the small derivation; Because it generates a branch of an origin, and the principle of derivation that this study deals with is the nature of the origin itself, what is meant is the sensory origin of the word, which is like the childhood of the word before it matures and grows up. The Companions and the family to whom the Qur'an was revealed understood the speech of God Almighty through their good perception of the sensory origin of the Qur'anic word, and this was shown by studying models such as the word: عقل, خصاصة, تضرع, استحواذ...etc., and this is what made their hearts aware of what God wanted. Returning to the mother books of dictionaries and interpretations, it is noted that the meanings derived from the sensory origin of the word do not separate from its sensory image, so there is a comprehensive meaning linking between the meaning and the sensory image of the word. The study showed that every member of the human body has sensory advantages stemming from its shape and position, and this member formed the root of many verbs derived from it, all of which are inseparable from its sensory advantages, and that understanding the sensory origins of words helps in the good perception of meanings, and improves understanding and acquisition of language, and this All of it pours into the nation's renaissance project, to understand its book and heritage in the best way without distortion or change.
