Comparison of morphometric features of the hernia situated intervertebral space with other space in individuals who receive a diagnosis of lumbar disc herniationIn this study, conducted in Black Sea Technical University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Anatomy, between February 2010 and May 2011, by taking into consideration the levels of disc hernia morphometric measurements of lumbar region were performed retrospectively on a total of 679 MR image, taken from 250 men and 429 women who were diagnosed with lumbal disc hernia and archived in Farabi Hospital, Department of Neurosurgery. Each MR image was photographed with Kodak brand digital camera and the images are computerized. Morphometric measurements were performed on obtained images with
