Abstract (EN)

In this study, the Sturm-Liouville problem, which includes the conformable derivative and M-derivative, is defined and some results regarding spectral theory are given for this problem. For both problems, Ambarzumyan theorem and the proof of this theorem are given. In addition, the Neumann boundary conditions given with the equation were converted into separable boundary conditions and the relation ship between the first eigenvalue of the problem and the potential function is given. Finally, some results regarding the state of the potential function in some special cases are given. It is worth noting that since the conformable derivative and the M-derivative are close to each other, the given proofs are similar to each other.
