Abstract (EN)

Occupational health and safety is the whole of the systematic work and practices on the measures that can be taken against all situations in which all employees are provided with physical, mental and social well-being and are sustainable in all occupations. Occupational health and safety practices are one of the most important elements of working life. There can be more than one reason for work accidents, and workers are experiencing work accidents due to insecurity and / or behavior. Job accidents are linked to insecure behavior and unsafe working conditions, but a great cause of job accidents is caused by insecure behavior rather than insecure working conditions. For this reason, it is very important for employees to be aware of work accidents arising from insecure behavior. Control of unsafe behavior has a key role in preventing accidents. In this study, a study was conducted to determine the role of behavioral safety in occupational health and safety practices in the mining industry, working and / or working in the mining sector, which was taken to examine the role of workplace accidents and behavioral safety.
