The purpose of this study was to investigate and evaluate the bills of electricity, water and gas of the schools which belong to the National Education Headship of Malatya city. For this purpose, data collecting of the bills of schools with database storage, analysing, reporting, calculating the electricty, water, and gasp consumption for per each student to make an estimation about future usage were used to make a comparison among the schools which have the highest consumptions with the highest bill costs, and have similar building structure with same number of students. Furthermore, efficient energy usage, increasing the effieciency of energy usage, decreasing of the energy cost, preventing waste of energy, enviromental protection, providing education services and bringing awareness out about rational energy usage, making decisions to re-design physıcal structures of the schools, and the ways to direct these processes ideally were investigated in this study.
