Abstract (EN)
In this study, the most important carrier of Turkish folk culture, which constitutes a part of the oral tradition of folk songs and folk singing tradition formed around the axis were investigated in Malatya province. Our work consists of eight main sections and sub-headings of them. The first section, "Introduction" section, the methods and techniques used in the study of, the name of research, historical, geographical, economic, information on the demographic and socio-cultural fabric, is devoted to songs on studies and studies on the Malatya songs. In the second section "Overview of the Turks and Turkey Course Type Chant Tradition" are primarily under the heading of general information about the concept of folk songs. After discussed here ballad type in words and concepts song of origins and resources, the formation of the song, instead of in the historical documents of the song is addressed to the songs kind of relationship with other folklore performance and song of the function. Also spread in this part of the holistic approach of the Turks, one of the oldest and most established nations around the world for a very long history of the world different geography from the past and rooted Turkish noble peoples were given information about the song which is an important cultural element in literature. The recent rapid globalization and the world today take the national culture gets under pressure, transferring valuable assets to protect and generations of Turkish culture is of great importance. In this respect, the impact of globalization on the second part in creating songs have also been mentioned. In addition to all the songs form the second part of their content, language and discussed in terms of style, classification and evaluation in light of the teller made on songs, melodies of the subject has been dealt with according to their songs and structures. The third section is used to examine the context of performance-based theory of the theory of Malatya songs. Here exercised in the context of Malatya, they told their folk songs and venues they used folk saying and listeners in Malatya, carried out in time and musical elements of folk, determined on the mutual enforcement elements and evaluation was made of the tradition say Malatya songs. In the eighth chapter of Malatya songs it has been studied through out the terms of the functions undertaken in the region. All general assessments on the subject at the end of each major section, where these investigations are conducted.
