Abstract (EN)
In this thesis 20 sultana type vineyards from Manisa and around were chosen to show general mould flora and whether potential Ochratoxin-A producing moulds present. Samples of soils, pre-harvest and harvest grapes and raisins were taken. Firstly using adequate techniques to samples, mould countings and isolations were done and these results were reflected by figures. Descriptions of obtained isolates were done. 47 specimens belong to 9 genera have been identified. According to genera the distribution of specimens is as follows: 23 Aspergillus, 15 Penicillium, 2 Altemaria, 2 Cladosporium, 1 Dreschlera, 1 Gliocladium, 1 Fusarium, 1 Rhizomucor, 1 Trichoderma. Between these specimens Aspergillus candidus, A. auhcomus, A. awamori,, A. ochraceus, A. fumigatus, A. versicolor, A. sydowi, A. terreus, Penicillium viridicatum, P. commune, P, funiculosum are known to be potential Ochratoxin- A producers. Also their colony and microscobic photographs were taken. Key Words: Manisa, Mould, Mycotoxin, Ochratoxin-A, Aspergillus, Penicillium.
