Manuel veya otomatik? Bir kullanıcı arayüzü test karşılaştırması

In this paper, a comparison between manual and automation testing methods is conducted within the scope of user interface (UI) testing. To achieve a comprehensive evaluation, multiple metrics have been utilized to analyze each method from various perspectives. Initially, the user interfaces were identified, and corresponding test scenarios were developed. These scenarios were then executed manually and through automated scripts. To ensure reliability and generalizability of the results, the login functionalities of three different web applications were chosen for analysis. Numerical analyses based on selected metrics revealed critical insights regarding the relative advantages and disadvantages of each testing method. Ultimately, the findings of this study offer valuable guidance for companies and projects in deciding which testing approach manual or automated would be most beneficial according to their specific needs.
