Abstract (EN)

A new solid-phase microextraction method using magnetic conductive carbon black (Vulcan XC-72) loaded with E. coli bacteria was developed as a new magnetic biosorbent composite. Vortex-assisted extraction was used to extract analyte ions, and magnetic biosorbent composite separation from the solution was performed by using a neodymium magnet. A selected parameter, such as pH, adsorbent dosage, vortex time, and sample volume, were optimized for optimal performance. Elution of adsorbed cadmium ions was achieved using 0.3 mL of 1.0 mol L-1 HNO3. The adsorption capacity was found to be 90.3 mg g-1. The preconcentration factor and enhancement factor were found to be 100 and 88. The limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantification (LOQ), and linear range were found to be 0.6 µg L-1, 2.0 µg L-1, and 2-40 µg L-1. Intraday and interday RSD values were found to be 1.88 % and 1.98 %. A factorial design was used for the optimization of all parameters. The accuracy of the method was performed by analyzing standard reference materials. The optimized method was successfully applied to water and food samples.
