Abstract (EN)
This research is planned in order to determine the jop satisfaction anddepression and relationship between them and some social demografic speacilityfor nurses working in Mardin State Hospital, Maternity and İnfant Hospital andPrimary Health Care Centre.The sample of research consist of 70 nurses and this is %44.5 of totalnurses. The data of research was collected between 14th June and 5th July in2006. To collecting data Survey Form, Short Form Minnesota SatisfactionQuestionaire and Beck Depression Inventory were used.Due to the result of research when depression has risen the jop satisfactionhas decreased. Also the difference between married nurses and single nurses, alsomore qoaufied than less qoaufied, saw that inbosier areas worked. Thoseworked better and intedse than those who worked in less busier areas.
