Abstract (EN)
This is a thesis study under the title of `Temporary Legal Protections inTrademark Law? that evaluates temporary legal protections that reserve the right from the aspect of Trademark Law until the judgement ends in. Provisions of Civil Procedures Law numbered 6100 that have become law to enforce in matters which Trademark Law does not include while we are studying should be taken into consideration.In first chapter we study on temporary legal protection concept and features of temporary legal protection. Second chapter shall be included in features and types of preliminary injunction and matters about seize of preliminary injunction that are special to trademark law. Arbitrators? power of decision about trademark law and performability of these decisions shall be evaluated in this chapter also. In third chapter objecting to preliminary injunctions, rescission of decision, actions for damage arising from unfair preliminary injunctions shall be evaluated and in last chapter we study on preliminary injunctions about trademark law and similarities and distinctions of temporary legal protections in terms of reserving intellectual property rights.Key Words : Trademark, Preliminary Injunction, Legal Protections, Arbitration, Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights.
