All businesses strive to build brand loyalty in their markets. The purpose of this research is to determine whether the image of the water brands is affected by loyalty. It is another purpose of the research to test this effect separately for each brand while the value effect is generalized to the brand's overall effect. The research also investigated whether brand image influences loyalty and whether some demographic features of the consumer play a role.
