Marksizm'den mistisizme Simone Weil'in siyaset felsefesi

The subject of this thesis is Simone Weil and her political/philosophical views. Simone Weil is a thinker who has made important contribution to today's philosophy literature with activist, pacifist and mystical views that come with theological tendencies in her short 34 year life. She was born in Paris in 1909 as a Jew and died in London in 1943 as a Saint. Throughout her life, she had thoughts on philosophical and metaphysical inquiries, and while she supported Marxist communism, later she wrote about critics of Marxist thoughts. Weil closely examined concepts such as politics, labor class, law, justice, oppression and liberty and then realized the connection between labor with slavery and slavery with Christianity. In her short life, Weil experienced the concept of labor and workers' conditions as a worker herself and witnessed the corruption and conflict within humanity. In addition to being a political philosopher and revolutionary-syndicalist militant, she dealt with the concept of Christianity and divinity with questioning the person and sacred in her later period. In this thesis, the views of philosopher Simone Weil who fled from the holocaust and Nazism in the twentieth century, during the period between two World wars, on politics, society and God in the context of her period will be examined and Simone Weil's philosophical doctrine will be analyzed.
