The rapid changes in digital technologies have altered economic, cultural, social, scientificial and artistic fields in a radical way. Like all the other fields, graphic design also has been effected by these changes. Desktop publishing has democratized graphic design and made it possible to create graphic design products for anyone who has an access to a computer. With the help of the internet, people are now able to share their all graphic expressions to the world, whether they are commercial or not. But with great power, comes great responsibility; graphic design, which is a powerful an active communication tool when used by noncompetent people can cause miscommunication which leads various problems that will be examined during this research. In the first section, historical development of traditional graphic prodoction and multiplication is conveyed. Later on, birth of computer technologies, development of desktop publishing and its effects on graphic design is being discussed. In the second section, the most common graphic design mistakes are handled. Observations of the researcher are presented with various examples. In the third section mentioned mistakes' reflections on daily life basis are examined by real life examples.
