Evaluation of DYS applications as MEB management information system

Educational institutions follow the latest developments in the use of information technology usage, and in parallel with technological features, they have become organizations that bring new and up-to-date information applications to their content. Since October 2012, the document management system, which has been used in the central organization of the Ministry, has been established in all MoNE institutions as of May 2017. DYS is a management information system aimed at facilitating and accelerating the workloads of the school administration, especially in the management processes, and the development of in-school procedures, providing a more detailed follow-up of our developments in education. The aim of this research is; We make a targeted and focused evaluation of the views of the principals of Elazığ central primary school directorate connected to the Document Management System. A questionnaire consisting of a total of 26 items and a personal information form in which the information of the experts such as Gender, Education, Seniority and Professional Duty were requested were placed.
