Abstract (EN)
X-ray, Computed Tomography, Ultrasound and Magnetic Resonance Imaging are some of the methods used in medical imaging for disease diagnosis and treatment planning. These methods play on important role in reconstructing a high-quality image. In this thesis, first of all, some basic information about X-ray behavior is presented, followed by a mathematical expression of the relationship with Beer' s law. Then, the definition and basic properties of the Radon transform are mentioned, followed by some research into Radon transform calculations. In the followwing sections, the definition and features of the Back projection method, which is one of the methods of reconstructing the image, will be mentioned, and filtering tecniques will be expressed in order to eliminate undesirable effects such as noise in this process.
