Abstract (EN)
Especially in the last quarter of the 20th century, technology showing an increasing momentum and spread of communication networks; it has revealed the importance of knowledge in production, efficiency and competition. Today, economies that can integrate information into every stage of production and manage them effectively can survive. The new economy requires the ability to produce products with high added value by transforming knowledge into creativity. The creative workforce and intellectual capital that stands out at this point support the development of the new economy by providing productivity and competitive advantage to businesses. Richard Florida points out the creative class that drives the economy using its creativity. He argues that members of the creative class, who he defines as people who earn income by working in creative jobs, support new economic growth. Also, Florida links the new economic growth to the 3t (technology, capability, tolerance) model. Creative individuals (talent) prefer to live and produce in regions or cities that approach all differences with tolerance (tolerance) and as a result, creativity, innovation and technology develop in their locations. In this study, the effect of creative individuals, who make up the creative class in the media industries that provide economic added value with their creativity, on the new economy is examined through Florida's 3t (technology, talent, tolerance) model.
