Cinematographic reading of space

In this thesis, we discuss common aspects of cinema and space. The methods that cinema uses to create emotion have already been in architectural design. This is highlighted with pre-cinema examples. Also, movies that have dominant architectural style presentations and cinema-influenced architectural designs are outside the scope of this thesis. Hence partnership of these two disciplines are expressed through the examples without interactions. Thesis examines technical differences between cinema and space design to underline the method similarities. Cinema and architecture, with different terms, use the same expression. The thesis is trying to emphasize this partnership.
