Abstract (EN)
Mentoring has become one of the most frequently used career development tools. In this thesis, it aimed to define how mentor's qualifications, mentoring process affect the career choisen of universty students The participant of the study are 19 university students and growable people who have received electronic mentoring.It will be evaluated in accordance with the interviews that the mentoring process of the people who have no face to face communication and who did chat chatted through the correspondence in electronic environment are received.
