Özet (EN)
The aim of this study was to construct a saturated genetic linkage map in lentil by using SNP, DArT and SSR markers, and to determine also the quantitative trait regions which control some of lentil characteristics. In the study, 144 recombinant inbred lines derived from a cross between Karacadağ x Silvan red lentil were used as plant material. The field trials were conducted under lowland conditions at Adana during the growing season of 2014-2015, and under both rainfed and lowland conditions at Adana, and under rainfed conditions at Sivas during the growing season of 2015-2016, In the experiments, RILs along with two parents were sown according to randomized plots design. Linkage analysis resulted in a final linkage map comprised 2311 polymorphic marker loci, 24 SSRs and 2287 SNP and DArT DNA markers, spanning 1041.3 cM, which spread on 7 genetic linkage groups. The overall average marker density was 0.40 cM/marker. In four different environments, 57 regions of QTLs were detected and linked with agro-morphological traits. From the results of the study, it was concluded that after validation of the determined QTL regions, the markers linked with these QTLs can be used effectively in marker-assisted selection in the lentil breeding programs.
