Summary This study came to address the studies problem represented in crisis management in terms of strategic planning in a general manner to stand and identify its types, and its causes, and how to manage it from the point of view of the administrative bodies of the Erbil Governorate clubs. Recognizing the performance of the Central Football Association in managing crises in terms of strategic planning from the point of view of sports clubs in Erbil Governorate. This study is important for the following reasons 1- Lack of research conducted in this field. 2- Identify the types of crises facing the Federation and sports clubs. 3- Recognize the types of strategic planning in which the Federation and sports clubs operate. 4- Recognize the role of strategic planning in finding solutions to crises. 5- Familiarize yourself with the administrative and technical skills of the administrative bodies in the federation and sports clubs. The society and the research sample consisted of members and administrative bodies in the clubs of the Erbil governorate. The research community was chosen in a deliberate way represented by the members of the administrative bodies in the clubs of the Erbil governorate, while the research sample was chosen randomly and through a simple lottery. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the (survey) style, for its suitability with the sample and the nature of the study. The researcher identified the research community the clubs participating in the activities of the Central Football Association in Erbil Governorate, which numbered (55) sports clubs classified according to levels. They were chosen by the intentional method, and the research sample was chosen by the intentional method, which amounted to (182) members, who represent (100%) of the research community. For the purpose of the study, the two scales prepared by each of the by (Assem Hassan Mualla Al-Maharma), and the strategic planning scale prepared by (Barakat Abdel Hamzah Hamad) The researcher used the following statistical treatments: - Percentage, Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation test, Simple correlation (Spearman), Cronbach – Alpha, T-test for one sample and Kaiser- Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy. According to the results that the researcher obtained, he concludes to the following: - Crisis management is a phenomenon that the Central Football Association suffers from the viewpoint of sports clubs. - The Central Football Association does not have the ability to face the crises it faces or may face due to the lack of strategic plans. - Sports clubs participating in the events and activities of the Central Football Association suffer, due to their lack of clarity of vision due to the lack of strategic plans based on scientific foundations. - The axes of the two scales, crisis management and strategic planning, showed us which of these axes is the most influential in creating and managing crises in the Central Football Association. - In the most important axes that it suffers from and the most influential on crisis management is the administrative axis. - As for the strategic planning axes, the organizational axis was the most common axes that the Central Union suffers from.
