Interview technique among qualitative research methods has been used. The study of group of this research has been 26 teachers in total including 13 teachers in different study of fields working at Kocaeli Derince Zehra Emine Öçgüder Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in 2015-2016 Academic Year and also other 13 teachers in different study of fields working at Kocaeli Zübeyde Hanım Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. In this research , interview questions consisting of 10 questions have been used. Obtained information by using interview forms has been systematized. The answers of teachers who have participated in this research have been assessed by being coded as numerical names of these teachers. The obtained data by descriptive analysis has been interpreted. When education levels have been considered, students with disabilities after compulsory education should be referred to a general or vocational education by taking into account individual characteristics. The steps which let them stand on their own feet in life will be taken in this way. If the teachers become aware of students' health status and disabilities, this helps them develop more realistic expectations and make appropriate plans accordingly. Positive teacher thoughts about inclusive education practices will bring the success of these practices. We must never forget that every student with disabilities is a child first and foremost. Gains intended by the program for those who continue to vocational and technical education can only be achieved via business - school cooperation. In this context, for an employee of profession who has competencies needed by businesses, vocational training should keep itself constantly updated, develop programs, ensure the efficiency of internship applications and make the necessary arragements in this regard. At school business cooperation, being taken graduates' expectations of business lines in which they will move on their lives and being done this configuration in line with those expectations maintain its importance for the sake of efficiency. A system which is based on the the basis of both school and business must be on dynamic structure. Such a vocational training given only theoretical training is unthinkable. Businesses are application environments enabling theory to turn into practice. In this respect it is a kind of education place. They will play an important role in improving the students's qualifications based on the master-apprentice relationship. Not only in our country but also worldwide, the general labor market cannot find those criteria they want from the employees. This reduces the success of vocational training. It is possible to think that the problem originated many structural reasons. However, individual properties should not be neglected as well. Vocational training is a matter of skill. The interests of people cannot be ignored. This interest has to be taken into account in the choice of profession. Thus, inclusive students need individualized vocational training programs aiming to gain these qualifications. With this aspect, teachers' attitudes and perceptions against inclusive students are important. The teacher in the educational environment is the most influential person on the student. Negative attitudes of the teacher to inclusive education will prevent the proper functioning of the system. Inclusive students attending vocational and technical education are faced with many questions. The problems encountered in the workplace in addition to the problems encountered in the training environment must be solved. For this, in areas where an inclusive student attending vocational and technical education does internship, providing information to employers about the student, investigating job opportunities after graduation and job placement besides regulating the business environment in the workshops are essential to the success of speacial education services. Problems, expectations and solution proposals of teachers working at vocational and technical anatolian high schools related to inclusive education have been investigated in this study. At vocational and technical anatolian high schools, it has been aimed to be presented solution proposals with the contribution of research results on the status of the classes in which inclusive practices have been performed and the elimination of deficiencies related to the working environment of teachers. Each school is obliged to prepare a suitable environment and have a positive attitude towards the education of these children with disabilities in schools in the framework of inclusive practices. That is to say, students should be supported by teachers for success in special education activities. In this respect teachers have a crucial role and it is necessary to examine and determine their attitudes. What is more, it has been thought that difficulties in the applications relating to inclusion according to teachers' thoughts and identification of problems and determination of solution proposals will contribute to both practitioners and body of literature. As a result of the research; Teachers carry out works for supporting the students to socialize, teachers are happy with the education they gave to inclusive students, but a significant majority of them are affected negatively , in relation to inclusion teachers state that they have problems arising from themselves, disability type and the system and also they say that they receive expert help to solve their problems, prepare material and show tolerance in the classes, the necessity of making schools and classess which are studied for inclusion available, communicating with families and working in cooperation, being given responsibilities to students by teachers and being informed and getting help and suggestions have been made for the solutions of these problems.
