Descriptive statistical methods (Frequency, Percentage, Average, Standard deviation) were used to evaluate the data. In testing the hypotheses within the scope of the study; Mediation Analysis method was used. Research results show that employee commitment levels and employee happiness perceptions of employees in the healthcare sector significantly and negatively affect their silent resignation tendencies.
