Organizational team working is to examine the factors influence the efficiencies which is applied in vocational technical secondary schools

Vocational Technical Secondary Schools are foundations that have vocational and technical education containing large scale education and branch expertise. Starting with the education year of 2006-2007, theory and practical educations are taught in these educations which presented in 42 scales and 194 branches. Practical education is the education of being taught in the laboratories and workshops by practicing. Each scale is an independent department. Every department has a superintendent, and also each scale has a superintendent of workshop under the department superintendent. The teachers of each scale are the members of this team. There are average 10 teams, which occurred like this, in the Vocational Technical Secondary Schools. Lots of programs and projects are improved by these teams. These projects are implemented by our teachers and students, and then these are performed in our country and international areas. The aim of this investigation is to examine the factors which influence the efficiencies of the teachers and administrators, studied in Vocational Technical Secondary Schools, in team working. The researching technique is used by the aim of establishing the of sexuality, age, responsibility of administrating, experience, graduation, use of technology, the aspects of the teachers and administrators differ from their social interactions in the interior of investigation. These are the results of the investigations: ? It is determined that there is no effect of the sexualities of the administrators and teachers, worked in Vocational Technical Secondary Schools, to the efficiency in team working. ? It is determined that the married teachers and the same age group, which has the conscious of having responsibility towards each other, are in open approach for the team when we examine the marital status of the teachers and administrators worked in the Vocational Technical Secondary Schools. ? It is observed that the educators, who are 50 years old or older, have much more active roles for implementing the meaningful aims when we examine the ages of the teachers and administrators worked in Vocational Technical Secondary Schools. ? The open working levels of the teachers and administrators are very high because of carrying the responsibilities of planning and deciding in the schools when it is examined the administering responsibilities of the administrators and teachers worked in Vocational Technical Secondary Schools with their duties. ? It is determined that the department superintendents and the headers of groups, who are the leaders of the youngest team which are occurred by the administrators and the teachers worked in Vocational Technical Secondary Schools, have higher talents against the teachers. ? It is determined that there is a relation between the type of last graduated school which depends on getting higher the efficiency of team working in Vocational Technical Secondary Schools and use of technology and getting in the civil organizations.
