Solutions and problems that students, doing internship in anatolian vocational and technical high schools, encountered in business skills training education lesson

The aim of this study is to analyze the practice, made in accordance with the apprenticeship and vocational training law numbered 3308, commissioned in the enterprises and to determine the problems encountered through this practice and to determine the solutions to the problems under the title of "Solutions and Problems that Students, Doing Internship in Anatolian Vocational and Technical High Schools, Encountered in Business Skills Training Education Lesson"This study consists of two parts. In the first part; information is given on the history of vocational and technical education, the basic structure of vocational and technical education, vocational and technical education in various countries, leading projects and practices regarding vocational and technical education in Turkey, legislative regulations in our country and information regarding vocational and technical education. In the second part of the study, the findings obtained through the survey and the suggestions based on these findings are mentioned. The population of the study consists of the senior students doing internship in accordance with the apprenticeship and vocational training law numbered 3308 in Vocational and Technical High Schools in Güngören, İstanbul. Surveys were applied to 253 students doing internship in these schools. All surveys were suitable for analysis and evaluated in the study. SPSS statistics program was used to analyze the data obtained by means of the survey. Obtained data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test and variant (anova). Whether there is a significant difference between the groups or not is ascertained at a level of p – 0.05.At the end of the study it is presented that students of business skills training education lesson are experiencing problems with wages, taking leaves etc.
