It has been assessed that both the teachers of Atelier and Laboratory (Vocational) teachers and the teachers of general culture (non-vocational) lessons teachers had high level of job satisfaction and their organizational commitment was moderate. The education level of the teachers does not have any a significant difference on their job satisfaction and organizational commitment. On the other hand, professional seniority and gender have been defined as a significant variable that differentiates both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Although the age of teachers did not differentiate job satisfaction, it was a factor that differentiated organizational commitment.
