Abstract (EN)

In this study, Bi and Sb doped ZnO nano materials are synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method inorder to investagete the electrical, optical, morphological and electrochemical states of synthesized samples Moreover the effect of doping concentration on these properties along with the effects of the quantities and usage of the chemical on samples properties are investegated. Furthermore, XZn-2VZn complex defect which causes p type conductivity isexamined utilising various analisis metod on bulk or pellet samples. As a result of these experiment, p type ZnO:Sb nanomaterials whose reasons for p type conductivity have been evinced with XRD and XPS measurements. Additionally, the crystallisation of samples in wurtzite structure are examined with and without calcination by TGA and XRD.
